We aim to provide a 24 hour collection & delivery service on ironing but in our busy periods this may be extended to 48 hours, you will always be notified of any changes in delivery times in advance.
Articles will be collected and returned on request to your home or workplace between 7pm and 9pm.
Customers must provide articles in a washed state. Articles that have not been washed will not be accepted (or ironed). You are required to ensure that any articles passed to us are in a safe condition, and will not cause accidents to our workers.
Any damaged items collected from you will be returned to you un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding. In the unlikely event of a loss/damage to any of your items we will be pleased to compensate up to a maximum of £30 per item.
Articles will be ironed and returned bagged, or with an appropriate hanger & protective covering.
You the customer are asked to provide all hangers, any items that are not put on hangers will be neatly folded & placed back in the bag.
Price is dependant on weight (ask us for more details)
We do have a minimum order value of £18.50 per collection. Any orders below this will still be charged at £18.50
Our ironers are capable & experienced staff & we insist on smoke free environment to keep your clothes smelling fresh & clean.
If you are not available for collection or delivery at the normal time, you must tell us of any changes to avoid a wasted journey being made by us. An alternative collection and drop-off point for your items can be used.
Our free collection and delivery is standard, however a charge will be made if you are unavailable on the agreed day and time for collections or deliveries, £1.50 per additional trips made.
Payment should be made to us in cash on delivery.
